Aldo is a life long native of the Chicago land area, having been raised on Chicago's north side. He graduated Mather High School before attending Southern Illinois University
at Carbondale, IL. He earned degrees in Mortuary Science and Business. He completed two internships at Herr
Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL and Modell Funeral Home in Chicago, IL.
In 1999 the family business of Marin Funeral Home was born when Aldo and his sister Liz opened their doors
in Chicago's south side. Being a family business Aldo keeps an active role in community organizations and
events through participation and support. Some of his other activities include triathlons, weight lifting, biking, swimming, and raising 2 children with his wife Jennifer. Andrew "A.J." born in 2006 & Ashley born in 2008.

Liz was born and raised on Chicago's north side graduating from Mather High School. She then attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
She received degrees in Mortuary Science,Psychology and Linguistics. She completed two internships with Staab Funeral Home in Springfield, IL and Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home in Chicago, IL
Liz attends
the CAPS program (a community sponsored program that improves quality of life and safety in the neighborhood, through improved communication
between police and the community), she's also active in other civic and religious organizations. During her spare time she likes to workout and spend time with her family and friends.

Jennifer is originally from the south suburbs. She attended Rich South High school and continued with
her education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Receiving a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. She has held numerous corporate accounting and real estate positions.
